Long answer

Moringa is part of a flowering plant family that is only native to regions in Asia and Africa. It is used throughout these regions as an important food source due to the significant amount of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that it contains. Moringa has also recently gained significant attention around the globe for its supposed health benefits when consumed.

Moringa has been reported to contribute to countless health benefits, including increasing sex drive, preventing pregnancy, increasing the production of breast milk, and even treating cancer. However, there remains insufficient research to support many of these claims.

That being said, there are indisputable nutritional benefits of moringa. It is extremely high in essential vitamins and minerals; Its leaves are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin B, magnesium, iron, and protein. However, it is necessary to consume at least one cup of moringa leaves to reap these nutritional benefits; consuming moringa as a dietary supplement in capsule form does not provide significant amounts of these nutrients.

Moringa is also rich in antioxidants, which fight against dangerous free radicals in the body. Consuming it can lower stress and blood pressure as well as decrease your risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

All in all, many of the supposed health benefits of moringa have yet to be proven. However, if consumed in safe doses, it should not cause you any bodily harm and can only benefit your health.
